Our rosé is a wine with floral aromas. It is dry, fruity and long in the mouth, where its fruitiness is further accentuated. Elegant and delicate, with a colour that varies from year to year.
Food matches: grills, quiche Lorraine, scallops, exotic cuisine.
Technical information :
Vineyard : 100% Pinot noir
Farming : thermoregulated enamel vats. Destemmed harvest, pneumatic pressing.
Soil : Compact silt; sand and limestone. 6000 vine plants/hectare.
Pruning : single Guyot
Preservation : 2 to 3 years
Tasting : 9 or 10°
