Description :
A fruity, full-bodied and slightly tannic wine with a bouquet of well-ripened grapes. Aromas of red fruits are very present in the mouth. A balanced wine with a brilliant ruby-red robe.
Technical information :
Vineyard : 100% Pinot noir
Farming : Harvesting at maturity followed by selective destemming. First alcoholic fermentation for 10 to 12 days in thermoregulated stainless-steel vats. Racking and filtering. Maturing in enamel vats for 4 to 8 months. Controlled temperature
Soil : Compact silt and sand. 6000 vine plants/hectare.
Pruning : single Guyot
Preservation : 5 to 6 years depending on year.
Tasting : 14°
