Tasting
Fresh and intense, the white wines of Reuilly from Domaine Beurdin express floral and vegetal aromas (blackcurrant buds, lime blossom, etc.) which underline the gourmet texture of a mouth full of fresh fruit. The white wines of Reuilly are best enjoyed at 8°C and go very well with fish with lemon or goat cheese from the region.
The Reuilly reds from Domaine de Beurdin express all the intensity of Pinot Noir through aromas of red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry…) and black fruits (cherries, blackcurrant…) On the palate, they are full, enveloped and light. Served at a temperature of 15°C, they go very well with fresh fish, a Berry Easter pâté or roast poultry.
The Reuilly rosés from Domaine de Beurdin made from Pinot Gris are supple and delicate with aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruits and exotic fruits. They are distinguished by their pale salmon color. Tasted chilled, between 8 and 11°C, they go well with exotic dishes such as Japanese-style sautéed beef.
