This cuvée comes from a parcel over 43 years old. A fresh, fruity opening on the nose, revealing a delicate and distinctive aromatic richness in the mouth, with dominant complex mineral notes of citrus fruits.
Its balanced flavour will captivate you as an aperitif accompanied by appetizers, and cheese or salmon puffs.
